Le Player is a new entry-level device of the reputed Métronome CD players, especially developped for music lovers. This integrated CD player performs a brand new CD optical unit and a great sound quality even though a single DAC. The USB input allows Métronome conversion of computer music.
The new Métronome reading mechanism is directly integrated to a Perpex support, providing rigidity and vibrations removal.
The Delrin clamp and proprietary shaft designed by Métronome allows a great compact disk stability. Subsequent lecture results in the best possible reproduction of sound with a low jitter.
The power supply is made of individual power transformers and completely independent regulation lines for each critical part of the transport : display, servo mechanism, motor, digital output stage. This provides an inter-stage EMI/RFI radiation protection and insures a dynamic analog-like sound quality.
The excellent conversion is made through a single D/A converter on a specific board design for better dynamics and decreasing of distorsion rate giving a structured and cristal-clear sound.
